Approximately 70 homes are for sale within Lake Forest at any given time. Monthly dues to maintain the facilities are approximately $38 per month and they are mandatory for all homeowners. Fees to use the facilties are extra. Residents may swim free at Swim & Racquet pool Tuesday through Friday, or pay a few dollars per person on weekends and holidays.
